A world of flavours awaits visitors at Good & Proper Tea, Clerkenwell. This Leather Lane hangout is permanent home to Emilie and her team of loose-leaf aficionados, who themselves have been popping up around the country in a mobile van since 2012. Here every brew has been specially selected and lovingly prepared, in a serene setting with exposed brickwork and warm wood finishes.

The team are now looking for art and design ideas to fill the back wall of the space. With a welcoming and contemporary set up – and tea lovers popping in and out all day long – you’ll be able to attract a new fan base to your work here.

The ground floor of the space is dedicated to serving and seating, so you’ll be in full view of those walking in the front door.
