This space is currently available for short term F&B concepts between 1 week to 6 weeks in length.
At the time of your booking the space may come with existing equipment which you can discuss with the landlord. At present, this includes our induction hobs, extraction, a walk in fridge, a tall freezer, three under-counter fridges, a blast chiller.
There is currently no gas supply in this space.
Redecoration of the exterior and interior can be discussed with the landlord on a case by case basis.
