The West Village has a reputation for being an artistic and intellectual hotspot. It’s easy to see why: tree-lined streets, charming townhouses, and a laidback vibe are all signatures of the area. People from NYC and all over the world traverse the winding streets for food, fashion, and fun.

And fun is the operative word is this outdoor space right off the Hudson River, on a heavily foot-trafficked corner of Charles and Washington Street. The open-air lot was formerly a seasonal bike rental shop, but with this much space and unconventional layout, it’s very flexible.

Thanks to nearby restaurants and shops, like the Spotted Pig and Donna Karan's Urban Zen, and its proximity to the Highline and Hudson River Park the streets are always full of people, especially on sunny days. And this part of the WV is accessible by bike, car, buses like the M14, and the A/C/E trains which are under 10 minutes away.
