Well Street is home to a traditional weekly street food, fresh produce and maker’s market. Recently crowdfunded back to life by local residents, it’s now home to the likes of Square Root Soda and The Flour Station. The local favourite Well Street Kitchen restaurant is now available to rent in its entirety for supper clubs.
THE CROWD
Expect a local crowd. The weekend is full of hungry browsers - especially on Saturday which is market day. As a street with a reputation for great food, most people wandering through are foodies living in the borough.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
Well Street Kitchen is next door to Tesco, in a terraced row of mostly flats and houses. The row is bookended by a fishmonger on one side and a butchers on the other, and the market will be at your feet come Saturday.

Alcohol license until 10.30pm, so last drinks served at 10pm.
One day bookings may have an additional charge, as using landlord's porter is mandatory on shorter bookings.

The space is only available to rent in the evenings, so you’ll be limited in what you can change about the decor. But it should act as a simple, clean backdrop to most ideas.
It's a bit quieter during the weekdays especially in the mornings, but you'll get to know the regular locals well.
