Alongside the many residential developments in the area, 125th Street is making way for national and global chains. Whole Foods, American Eagle and Burlington Coat Factory are among the few to have opened here recently. This warehouse-style retail shop to let is on the ground floor of a three-story retail project – home to large retailers T.J. Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond and co-working hub, WeWork.

THE CROWD

This isn't a typical shopping destination but you can expect to see the regular local Harlem community going about their day and running their errands. Monday to Friday, afternoons are busiest with the after-school crowd and early evening shoppers. On weekends, most people come to and from church and like to check out what's new in the big shops like T.J. Maxx.
