The streets of SoHo are packed with tourists and locals alike--all of whom are there for New York City’s best shopping, dining, and people watching. It’s a designated historic district, so there’s a lot of noteworthy landmarks like the Puck Building and the Little Singer Buildings.
In the heart of this busy area is a massive two-floor space that’s right on iconic Broadway. From the outside, the space is already impressive. Floor-to-ceiling windows give it plenty of light as well as exposure to all of the passersby. Inside the high ceilings are high, and the recessed lighting and spot lights add even more light. While the building is new, it still retains touches of Soho’s past: brick walls, wooden floors, and cast-iron facade.
Neighbors include 7 For All Mankind, Eileen Fisher, Bonpoint, Reiss, and Armani. And lots of trains are within a five-minute walk away.
The lower level is huge but has no natural light.
