A former gallery in the middle of West London’s cool, colourful Notting Hill, this large and quirky space would make an ideal spot for brand take overs, a showroom, or even a concept store and cafe combination.

This unique, multi-levelled space is found within an imposing redbrick building on the corner on a busy commercial street. Two entrances make it perfect for events, or dividing up for multiple uses. From the ground floor's main space, which is intersected by pillars, to a pink wallpapered space with double height ceilings, this wedge shaped building is full of period features - including tiled flooring, spiral staircases and a fireplace. In addition, an outdoor area to the side of the building could be used for seating or as a smoking area.

Situated on Westbourne Grove just north of Notting Hill Gate Tube station, the space is surrounded by creative businesses, high-end restaurants and boutiques, and is one of the major routes during the annual Notting Hill Carnival. Some of Notting Hill’s most popular spots including Electric Cinema and the antique shops of Portobello Road are just a short walk away, as are various tube stations and bus stops for fast access to and from the area.
