Westfield Stratford is not just one of the biggest malls in the world, it’s one of the best. Or at least 45 million annual visitors think so. This space is between Hugo Boss and Lacoste, and is a long rectangular room with a pillar at the back. The wooden slats and boutique lights overhead give some texture and presence to the room, but otherwise it’s a backdrop for your idea to shine. There are two small changing rooms at the back in place for fashion ideas – though they can double as storage. There’s a small amount of storage space at the back and a kitchenette.

Clothing, accessories, workshops, artworks, homeware and design ideas can thrive in this spot. The nearby station provides access across east and central London.
