Whiteleys doesn’t just look different to other shopping centres – it’s got a history few others can match. This grand looking West London destination opened as the city’s first department store in 1912, which makes it a natural setting for today’s retail pioneers to launch new ideas. (Over to you.)
This space is next to M&S and is a former Whittard of Chelsea store. It has a shuttered entrance and unusual curved window displays at the front, where you can start to share your idea and tell your story. Inside it’s a triangular-shaped layout with a small staffroom at the back and fixed shelving which you can either be kept or removed.
You’ll be close to the entrance to the shopping centre – poised for footfall. Other busy spots nearby include one of the centre’s cash machines and Costa Coffee. Spend time creating the perfect window displays to bring people over.

Les règles à suivre
The centre is open from 8am until Midnight, Monday to Saturday, and from 8.30am to Midnight on Sundays.
Stores need to be open from 10am until 8pm, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays the shops are open between 12-6pm although the centre is open earlier.
A Damage Deposit of £1000+ will be required
The utilities are charged as extra (according to meter readings held on the first and last day with the difference charged to you).
