Drilling or fixing to the brickwork is not permitted.

There is limited power on site so tenants will need to state their minimum power requirements prior to booking.

Tenants will need to adhere to restricted servicing hours: 4am-9am each morning via Westfield and their booking system.

Deliveroo and other delivery services are not possible as this is a pedestrianised area. Deliveries on foot or via push bikes are permitted - stands outside Arch 96.

RAMS and fit-out proposal will need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of tenancy.

Permitted trading hours - 7/8am to midnight/1 am

A1 to A4 permitted uses.
