Check-in is from 9AM on the first day of tenancy. Check-out is by 5PM on the final day.
If the space is not vacated by 5:00PM, a £400 late fee applies for the first hour. Each subsequent hour is charged at £500.
If the brand does not arrive within 45 minutes of the scheduled 9AM check-in, a £150 rescheduling fee applies.
A cleaning fee of £150 will be added to the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.
Evening events, launch receptions, or trading beyond permitted hours require landlord approval. No activity beyond 9PM on any day.
Noise must be kept to reasonable levels at all times.
Utilities are included subject to fair usage (up to £150+VAT per month).
Brands are required to hold Public Liability insurance not less than £2m.
Any work to the space requires landlord approval. All external signage requires landlord approval.
Brands are responsible for all removal and disposal of rubbish from the space.
No bookings over 6 months without landlord approval.
