Just a few blocks from the Williamsburg Bridge, this storefront was once a bar and restaurant, with many fixtures still in place. It's a short walk from some of the best restaurants in Brooklyn, including local cinemas, a natural foods store and Luckydog bar.
Shaded outdoor seating is the real selling point. An exposed brick wall runs the length of the open space, offset by wood paneled walls leading to courtyard seating. Though it will need a complete re-fit. Original wood flooring has been partially covered by the previous owner, as well as a partially paneled ceiling and large hood vent.
This space benefits from being feet from the bus, L train and the growing residential areas of Williamsburg. With surrounding loft apartments and Bedford Natural store across the street, it's visible to many passers-by in a neighborhood that is still old-school Williamsburg.
The space needs some refurbishment before re-opening.
