The event space rules include a no-smoking policy indoors and in specified outdoor areas, and events must end by 12pm.
Table and chair placement on the basement porch is not allowed, and wall decorations require landlord approval. Damages are the responsibility of the renter, with repair costs deducted from the deposit. Prohibited items include propane stoves and certain containers.
The host is responsible for external services and cleaning. Only reserved areas may be used, and all spaces must be left clean. Caterers must adhere to delivery and cleanup times, and kitchen facilities have limited storage and no cooking equipment. Cleaning supplies are the responsibility of the host or caterer.
