This is one of two 'one week pop-up' spaces in BOXPARK Shoreditch, in east London - the world’s first pop-up mall and the home of the pop-up store. The space comes ready to move into with an adjustable key clamp shelving and rail system provided. Perfect for an independent business looking to attract the best of Shoreditch's residents.
The Crowd
BOXPARK is a mix of fashion and lifestyle brands, galleries, cafés and restaurants, and tends to attract a fairly young, independent-thinking set. As might be expected, the shopping centre is busiest on weekends and in the evenings, with doors staying open until 11 in the week and midnight on Saturdays and Sundays. Eateries that bring in plenty of customers include Rainbo and Black Bear Burger, while Beatbox is a popular bar and live music venue.

In BOXPARK itself, notable outlets include skincare brand Deciem, innovative wellness service Get a Drip and café Small Batch Coffee. Elsewhere in the area, cinema and cultural centre Rich Mix attracts a diverse crowd through the week, while the vast array of bars and clubs along and just off Shoreditch High Street, like Bull in a China Shop and Concrete Space, ensure the area is never too quiet in the evenings.

*Box Park is unable to offer an earlier key collection as all bookings run Monday - Monday back to back
Shop fit period: Monday evening and Tuesday morning
Shop Fit Designs are to be approved and signed off by Boxpark before any works can take place
Trading times: 11am - 7pm daily,
except Thursdays (11am to 8pm)
and Sundays (midday to 6pm)
Boxpark will supply the unit with an adjustable key clamp shelving and rail system
Check-Out
Key drop off - 9AM Monday
*you may forfeit your deposit if the keys are returned late
Please return the keys to the office (unit 57 upstairs) we have security on site 24/7, 7 days a week. Therefore, if you would like to hand them back at any point before Monday, i.e. on Sunday evening, that is fine too.
For a full deposit refund, please ensure that the below is adhered to when you hand the unit back to us:
• Remove all merchandise, extra fittings and furniture • Remove screws/nails/sticky tape
• Fill and sand any holes
• Paint walls if necessary using smooth white
masonry paint, floor protection must be used
• Remove all branding
• Clean windows, mirrors, till desk, cube and shelving • Sweep and mop floor
• Hoover entrance floor mat
• Clear and clean store room
• Be in unit for any couriers picking up items

This Space listing is subject to a £500 security deposit.
This space is suitable for retail ideas only, ideally lifestyle brands and independents.
This is only available for 1 week.
PLEASE NOTE: Tenants must collect the keys at 3pm on the Monday (start day), do their shop fit, and then trade Tues - Sunday, de-rig and clean the unit and hand the keys back to the landlord at midday on the Monday after.
Please note, BOXPARK no longer offer a signage pack for booking under 4 weeks, above the door will read "pop up" and the digital screen can be used for advertising.
