think Verizon is in the building) so Tenant would be responsible for bringing

commercial trash company
4) Landlord needs to know any work Tenant is planning to do on the space (painting,
building walls, flooring).
Any work tenant wants to do in/to the space needs to removed/fixed at end of lease.

Certificate of Insurance: $2 million of comprehensive general liability
insurance coverage, and $1 million of property coverage. Both policies
