Utilities:
Please record electricity usage on arrival and departure, and WhatsApp it to the landlord.
Electricity usage is chargeable at £0.40 per kWh.
Damage and Cleaning:
Any damage or items believed to require chargeable cleaning must be photographed and sent via WhatsApp at the time of reporting.
The deposit may be deducted by up to £70 if cleaning is required to be completed by the incoming user.
