In Chalk Farm, you can be close enough to the Camden action but dodge the tourist throngs. As well as Camden's Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road is home to an unusual mix of independent shops, cafes and music venues. A two-minute walk from iconic arts venue The Roundhouse, this former barbershop is available to rent for retail concepts. There's extra storage space at the back, too.

Much like Camden, Chalk Farm’s bars, restaurants and venues attract revellers from all walks of life. Stables Market (a three-minute walk away) attracts an average of 270,000 tourists and Londoners each week. Two doors down, Marine Ices’ new home is a firm favourite with locals and visitors. Chalk Farm Tube (two minutes’ walk away) brings passersby heading to and from the markets, especially on weekends when Camden Town station is exit-only.

Next door, Majestic Wine is a handy port of call for local wine lovers. On the other side of this space is the arts and crafts store, Slanchogled. Opposite, Morrisons is the only supermarket serving the surrounding area.
