If you’re looking for an upscale address for your event, then this space on Curzon Street will tick all the boxes. The most expensive square on the Monopoly board, Mayfair is one of London’s most upmarket areas, home to the city's highest concentration of luxury hotels, exclusive clubs and Michelin-starred eateries. With a ground floor bar and seating area, basement dining room and wine cellar, and a first floor, there's space for 50 people seated and 100 standing.
Nicknamed “hedge fund alley” for a reason, Curzon Street is where Mayfair’s investment bankers and brokers work, and they don’t stray far to play. You’re minutes away from bars and restaurants of Shepherd Market, the designer shops of Dover Street and the tourist bustle of Piccadilly so weekdays are always lively. You'll spot some business travellers and well-heeled tourists from the Washington Mayfair Hotel over the road, too. Green Park station is a three-minute walk.
You’ll be next door to an informal Lebanese restaurant, which can get quite busy at lunchtimes and Friday evenings. Opposite is the prestigious 1 Curzon Street office block.
