Take on this ready-to-go, white-boxed boutique to let and you’ll be joining the likes of Finisterre, The Flint House bar and restaurant, and local ice cream artisans Brass Monkey.
THE CROWD
Brighton’s historic, higgledy-piggledy Lanes are a destination for eight million locals and tourists per year thanks to their old-school charm and a great offering of one-off and well-known shops, many of them firsts for the town, such as Finisterre and Rituals. From the company behind Brighton favourites The Ginger Pig and The Ginger Fox, The Flint House is already a draw for drinkers and diners in the evenings and at weekends, however, it can be quite quiet here at times.
