A collection of cobbled alleyways full with independent ideas, The Lanes is Brighton’s best-known shopping area – its latest addition, Hanningtons Lane, has been designed to blend in seamlessly with its surroundings. 13 individual, traditional-style shops line this brand-new, boutique shopping street, including this white-boxed, ready to go retail space.
THE CROWD
Around eight million locals and tourists visit The Lanes every year. The Flint House, a bar and restaurant from the group behind local favourites The Ginger Pig and Ginger Fox, is already drawing in plenty of people in the evenings and at weekends. Hanningtons Lane is also home to some office spaces and apartments, so you will have an audience of workers and residents throughout the day and especially during the weekend.

You’ll be sharing this new shopping street with The Flint House, local ice cream makers Brass Monkey’s and outdoor and surfwear shop Finisterre. Only a two minute walk away you will find a range of high street favourites like Jo Malone, Maje and AllSaints. Minimum let is 1 week; landlord is ideally looking for 3-month bookings.
You can make changes to the space, but will need the landlord’s permission first.
Minimum of 2 weeks for bookings in November and December.
Minimum trading hours from 11-5pm everyday, with Monday or Tuesday each week allowed closed.
