To keep things running smoothly:

A cleaning fee of £100 applies at the end of tenancy.

Check-in is from 9am, and check-out by 5pm on the final day (late departures are charged at £100/hour).

Any evening receptions or activity beyond 9pm require landlord approval. Excessive noise is not permitted.

Utilities are included (up to £150+VAT/month, fair usage).

Brands must hold Public Liability Insurance of at least £2m.

Any signage or alterations need landlord approval.

Brands are responsible for rubbish removal.

Bookings over 6 months are by approval only.

Les règles à suivre
Please note:

Check-in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check-out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.

If the tenant arrives late for check-in, a £50 per hour fee will be applied and deducted from the deposit held.

Tenants must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term. If the check-out is delayed, a £100 per hour late fee will be applied and deducted from the security deposit held.

A cleaning fee of £100 will be added to either the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.

Any reception in the evening such as launch cocktails including trading beyond the permitted hours is strictly subject to the landlord's approval.

Noise levels should be kept to reasonable levels at all times.

No activity to happen beyond 9pm on any day.

Utilities are included subject to a fair usage policy (up to £150+VAT/month).

Brands are required to have Public Liability up to £2m.

Any work to the space requires Landlord approval.

All signage to be fixed to the outside of the space requires Landlord approval.

Brands are responsible for all removal and disposal of rubbish from the space.

No bookings over 6 months without Landlord approval.
