No cooking is permitted anywhere within the space at any time.
Please note:
Check-in 9am on first day
Check-out 5pm on final day
If the brand does not arrive within 45 minutes of the scheduled 9AM check-in, a £150 rescheduling fee applies.
If the space is not vacated by 5:00PM, a £400 late fee applies for the first hour. Each subsequent hour is charged at £500.
A cleaning fee of £150 will be added to either the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.
All signage to be fixed to the outside of the space requires Landlord approval.
Brands are responsible for all removal and disposal of rubbish from the space.
