Leadenhall Market is a Grade II* listed building, therefore nothing can be fixed to or attached to the fabric of the building. The Atrium floor is cobbled and slightly domed, which should be considered when planning any installation or display. While the market is covered, it remains open to the elements at each entrance, meaning weather conditions such as wind may affect activations within the space.

No open flames, heaters, stoves, or generators are permitted within the space.
Any vehicles brought on site must be removed between 9:00am and 11:30pm and cannot remain on site outside of these hours.
All set builds must be appropriately barriered off from the public during both installation and de-rig periods.
All electrical cables must be suitably protected using heavy-duty cable covers at all times.
All set builds must be constructed from fire-resistant materials and adequately weighted or secured. Any structures remaining in situ overnight will require dedicated security personnel.
Brands are responsible for obtaining any required licences and consents. A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) will be required for any licensable activities, and a PRS licence must be obtained for the playing of recorded or live music.
