Midtown East is home to Grand Central Terminal, The Chrysler Building, and this unique exposed-brick pop-up space for rent on E 46th Street. The space is originally home to an art gallery, and you can rent it with the artwork on the walls.
Midtown East is a bustling area during the weekdays, when professionals commute in for work, and it quietens down a bit after the workday ends. Tourists also make their way here to see cultural places like The Chrysler Building and The UN. Grand Central, which is a five-minute walk away, sees tens of millions of visitors a year.
AKA United Nations, an upmarket hotel is on one side, and Sparks Steak House is on the other. Irish pubs like The Perfect Pint and The Wheeltapper seem to be everywhere in the neighborhood. The Sea Fire Grill and Lexington Brass restaurants are close as well.
Price includes an office manager to remain onsite to operate freight.
Desk at front corner will remain.
Loadout on Monday, January 21, 2019 for two hours ($250).
General Liability insurance required.
You can rent the space with the artwork on the walls or have them taken down.
