A former joinery transformed into a striking, adaptable event space in the heart of Shoreditch. Combo 2 combines raw industrial character with the flexibility to host everything from fashion shows and product launches to large-scale brand activations. Set across 10,215 sq ft, the space features 8.5m vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, natural light and a dedicated production office. Expansive shopfront doors, white walls and the external P.S. sign also offer plenty of branding opportunities. This space accommodates up to 894 standing or 450 theatre-style. For larger productions, additional studios and The Courtyard can also be hired alongside the space. Double-height ceilings, street-level vehicle access, 3-phase power and an experienced on-site team make it well equipped for ambitious events.

The listing is for Combo 2 (Studios 4 + 5). Studio 3 or Studio 6 + The Courtyard can also be hired at an additional fee if more space is required.
Hire Period:
Full-day hire is from 8:30AM to 10PM. Additional charges apply for setup or derig time outside the agreed hire period.
Staffing & Cleaning:
One Venue Manager and one post-event deep clean are included in the hire fee. Additional staffing or cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
Security:
Security arrangements must be confirmed with the venue once the booking has been confirmed.
