Aperçu

Nestled on bustling Old Broad Street, steps from Liverpool Station, lies this stunning space industrial-style filled with ample natural light. With sweeping ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, it's primed for your inspired vision - be it a brand activation, exhibition, product launch or concept store. Its adaptable backdrop makes anything possible, plus it has the added bonus of a kitchenette.

THE CROWD

Throughout the day, stylish professionals and creatives rush by, hungry for inspiration. In the evenings, hip locals and foodies flock in, eager to try the hottest new spots now spilling over from Shoreditch. It's also a hub for gallerists and founders alike.

MEET THE NEIGHBORS

Surrounded by a chic mix of boutiques, bars, and eateries, the possibilities feel endless. Old Broad Street offers a built-in clientele with discerning taste. You’ll be next to boutiques such Hackett and established stores like Holland & Barrett - but all mixed with trendy cafes and restaurants. Two exciting new additions are The Tea Chest, a trendy tea shop specializing in exotic loose leaf teas and light fare, and Olive & Rose, an upscale home decor boutique with a feminine floral aesthetic.

Bon à savoir

A staircase at the back connects the main floor to an expansive upstairs area, creating a shared access point between the two levels. This enables seamless flow, but could also mean less privacy. The entrance is shared.

There is only a small storage cupboard, so the space you see is what you get. Limited storage means this spot is ideal for pop-ups and events, rather than permanent retail. However, there is a connected terrace upstairs that can be used for events - speak to the landlord about access.
