Once the hangout of Tracey Emin and the YBAs, cultural Redchurch Street is these days considered the best shopping street in East London. Womenswear boutique 11 Boundary Street, cult brand Aesop, the Boundary Restaurant and Shoreditch House have all shaped the nature of the surrounding area. What will you achieve, here?
This space is a large corner shop on the ground floor. It has two entrances and opens directly on to both Redchurch Street and Chance Street. A former studio, it's full of natural light from the large windows and extra high ceilings. The main storefront opens directly on to Redchurch Street.
At two minutes' walk away, Shoreditch High Street is the nearest station, and it's just ten minutes on foot to Liverpool Street. Redchurch Street is right in the middle of the natural weekend pilgrimage from Brick Lane to Shoreditch High Street, so expect a young, trendy crowd. The neighbours include Club Monaco, Kit and Ace and Sunspel, so you'll be in impeccable company.
