Les règles à suivre
This Appendix supplements the Tenancy Agreement for a Term of under Six Months. In case of conflict, this Appendix prevails.

1. Health & Safety
The Tenant shall provide a risk assessment (covering the Permitted Use) to Endurance Land at least seven (7) working days before the Term begins and comply with all fire safety procedures notified for the Premises/Building.

2. Insurance
The Tenant shall maintain public and third-party liability insurance for the Term in an amount reasonably required by the Landlord and provide evidence on request.

3. Prohibited Uses
The Premises must not be used for:

-religious, political or public meetings/entertainment;
-sex shop, amusement arcade or gambling/betting uses;
-alcohol, tobacco or vape sales;
-residential/sleeping;
-auctions or display of goods outside;
-any illegal, immoral, dangerous, noisy or offensive purpose.

4. Security
If additional security is required, the Tenant must notify Endurance Land at least fifteen (15) working days before the Term. Any agreed measures will be arranged by Endurance Land at the Tenant’s cost.

5. Disclaimer
The Tenant acknowledges it enters this Agreement on the basis of its own inspection and not reliance on any warranty by the Landlord (save for fraud).

6. Alterations to building systems
Not to carry out any work relating to the air-conditioning system, fire-fighting system and the addition or alteration to any installation and equipment for the supply of electricity from the meter to the Property or any works that interfere with the mechanical and electrical systems and Service Media within the Estate or the structure of the Estate.

7. No warranty as to Consents
The Licensor gives no warranty that the Property possesses the Necessary Consents for the Permitted Use.

8. Entire Agreement
This Licence constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter.
Any agreement or arrangement entered into contemporaneously is collateral to this Licence and is not part of it.

9. Counterparts
This Licence may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when signed and delivered shall constitute a duplicate original, but all the counterparts shall together constitute the one agreement.
No counterpart shall be effective until each party has executed and delivered at least one counterpart.
