Réparti sur quatre espaces reliés, ce showroom à l’intérieur de Copeland Park est un lieu spacieux et épuré. Tous de forme rectangulaire et sobres, les espaces disposent d’une déco grunge-chic qui sert de parfaite toile de fond pour des événements huppés: sols en béton brut, murs blancs, néons et plafonds à deux pans soutenus grâce à une ossature métallique. Un autre espace – non relié aux premiers – se trouve à l’arrière et dispose de toilettes. À un jet de pierre de la gare Peckham Rye, sur l’Overground, Copeland Park est assez facile d’accès depuis le centre-ville. Au cœur d’une zone alternative, il est à proximité du café concept The CLF Art Cafe, de la galerie d’art Safehouse 1 et du studio de yoga Yogarise.

Installations:
WALL INSTALLATIONS
All works are to be mechanically fixed to walls only – the use of sticky, residual adhesives is
not permitted.
Please Note, high tack vinyl is not permitted.
You are strictly prohibited to paint directly on to the concrete feature wall in the foyer room.
Additional drilling into the concrete feature wall in the foyer room is also not permitted. You
may use the holes already in the feature wall, but no further holes are to be made.
We Require You to remove all plugs, sand, refill, and paint the walls after use. All equipment for
This can be found in the boxes in storage room A.
Please ensure you only use the white paint provided to repaint the walls and the floor is
Covered before painting the walls. Dust sheets are located in the paint supplies box in storage
Room A.
HANGING INSTALLATIONS
Any items hanging from the grey trusses or unistrut must be signed off by a member of
Copeland Park staff ahead of load in.
Please note, hanging from the white lighting track is strictly prohibited as this is installed to
support only the weight of the spotlights.
FLOOR INSTALLATIONS
Please do not use any sticky adhesives on the floor, this can damage the top layer of varnish.
Cable covers can be requested via the site office if required.
LIGHTING
You are welcome to adjust the lighting to your liking. The lights can be moved, dimmed, and
You can alter the lighting temperature and beam width to highlight the displayed works in the
best way possible.
Any adjustments made to the lighting must be put back in their original position and setting
before loadout.
Please ensure that you read the lighting guide in the venue handbook before making any
changes
Noise: External spaces cannot be used after 22.00. No live or DJ music to be played outside at any time. Sound inside must be limited to 75db. To keep noise to a minimum for our neighbours, we recommend closing the concertina doors between the entrance and the bar room to create a door-width space. If we receive noise complaints or your event runs over, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
Signage: There are 3 signage options. There is an A1 light-up poster box to the left of the main entrance doors. Flyers and signage can be applied to A-frame signs hired from Copeland Park. There is also a square panel on the black main entrance doors. Please do not fix signage anywhere else on these doors.
Licensed operating hours: Retail of alcohol 23.00. Entertainment 23.30. Building Vacated 00.00.
Waste: Please either remove your waste off site or use bins requested as part of your hire. If you have used bins that have not been paid for, a charge will be applied.
Vehicles and parking: Vehicles are permitted 15mins delivery/collection free of charge, following this it’s £2 per hour or £10 per day (07:00 - 20:00) for cars, and £3 per hour or £15 per day for vans. Parking is first come first served and the car park is open 06.30 - 23.00 every day. If you are able to park inside Holdron’s Yard, the fenced outdoor space adjacent to Copeland Gallery, you will still be charged for parking.
