The early 18th-century Grade II listed building is steeped in history and the oldest in Shoreditch. It's got a door that was part of the original church next door that Shakespeare himself was rumoured to use. THE CROWD
Cool bars, quirky boutiques and independent eateries make Shoreditch High Street a destination for hip locals, City workers and tourists. The building is owned by the Church, so brands mustn't conflict with Church values.
The price quoted does not include use of the basement space. This can be added for an additional £1,000 per month or £230 per week.
If the landlord has another tenant in the lower or upper floors, then the toilet and kitchenette facilities next to the space will need to be shared.
This is a Grade II listed building so redecoration is allowed but no structural changes can be made. This means that the sign outside must also stay in place.
