Once a high street jewellers, this shop space for rent is ready to pull in those Christmas shoppers. £240 million was recently pumped into Bracknell’s shopping centre, so what was once scaffolding and derelict buildings is now 4000 parking spaces and lots of keen shoppers. Modern shopping centres might seem a bit generic to some, but this retail space will put you right in front of people ready to shop.

THE CROWD
You’re mainly going to see high street loyalists who are there to browse, so this spot could get you in front of locals who like to see something new in their usual haunt. Saturdays and Sundays are obviously the most hectic, but early evening on a weekday can get busy too, thanks to a 7pm closing time. There are no bars to speak of, this whole area is purpose built for daytime shoppers. Bracknell tube station and bus station are a 5 minute walk away, but many will drive here.

Both of your neighbours are empty spaces, but there’s a games shop and a Specsavers directly across. You’re also around the corner from one of the centre’s main squares, where there’s an ATM, coffee shop and toilets.
