Just outside of Leicester, north of Market Harborough, you’ll find a series of small villages sharing the name Langton. Tur Langton is framed by Main Street – its central road – lined with traditional red-brick buildings, Saint Andrews Church and local pub The Crown Inn. All of which will be within a quick stroll from your front door when launching the newest village boutique.
The Manor is an exclusive, shop/work space - it's found just off Main Street, opposite a local café and next to a homeware and jewellery store. Footfall is low, but there are plenty of good brands here to attract regional shoppers. This space has a simple, square open plan layout – approximately 5m x 5m, with cupboards available at the back for storage. The space has boutique lighting, laminate flooring in good condition, and a patio-style entrance.
Launching in a small place, word should spread quickly about your idea – think about ways to welcome and greet villagers, quickly becoming part of the community.
There's minimal footfall here - think gifts and impulse purchases and things that compliment the other stores in the Manor.
