In Southampton, Water Mill is one of Long Island's quaint small towns. Off Montauk Highway, this upscale shopping center called the The Mill is home to a variety of brands, including SoulCycle. Rent this two-floor retail space with a huge roof deck.
THE CROWD
Most tourists come during the summer and head straight for Flying Point Beach. Year-round, residents have breakfast and brunch at the local favorite Hampton Coffee Company and then head over to Suki Zuki for dinner – both of which are often packed even during the off-season. The nearby Princess Diner is a neighborhood institution that’s always crowded with regulars. The closest train station is the Southampton stop off the LIRR, a 10-minute drive away.

The shopping center brings together six other buildings filled with various different shops and restaurants. This particular building stands alone with SoulCycle on one side and a pilates gym on the other.
