Access for the tenant is facilitated anytime between 9am-9pm. If you wish to stay open later than this time, or host an event, please speak to the property manager for confirmation.

All events and loud music must be finished by 10:30pm due to noise restrictions from the council.

If you would like to repaint or make any large visible changes to the premises, please consult the property manager beforehand. Further, as per Appear Here terms, the premises must be returned to its original condition as before your booking started.

No food or drink made on or at the premises can be served to the public.

Residents of the residential premises above the shop space will require access to the space at all times.

The bins on Trafalgar St are not to be used for commercial waste and tenants will hold responsibility for disposing of their own rubbish during the tenancy. Anything left in the space at the end of the tenancy will be disposed of at the tenants cost.

The space does not hold a premises licence, if you would like to carry out a 'licensable activity' such as sale of alcohol, live music, providing entertainment, screenings etc then please look into the licenses required, likely a temporary events licence. Which will need to be provided to the property manager before your tenancy starts.

Any music played in the space must not be audible in the adjoining or neighbouring properties or from the street.
