The Upper East Side is overflowing with culture, from the renowned restaurants and world-class museums to its historic mansions with Central Park views, this is a neighborhood residents love to live in and tourists love to visit. On Madison Avenue, a block away from Museum Mile, this retail shop share is located on the second floor loft of Chuckies, a designer shoe store, and is yours to rent.
THE CROWD
Weekends are busy in this part of the Upper East Side, with tourists visiting the many cultural institutions in the area including the Met, the Guggenheim, and the Neue Galerie. There’s plenty of shopping to do get done as well, with Williams-Sonoma, Theory, and lululemon all within the same block of each other. Weekdays are generally quieter with locals walking their pets or out for a stroll with their kids, taking in the idyllic sidewalk landscapes. The 86th Street Lexington Avenue Station is two blocks away.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
As mentioned earlier, you’re sharing the space with Chuckies. Next door is an eyewear boutique, and on the other side is Morini, an upscale Italian restaurant. Across the street is a Dean & DeLuca, and a block down is Madewell and Artbag.

We will be closed on April 20 and 21 for Passover.
We can include a “bay” of shelves which has 5 shelves and 4’ wide. Depending on the size of the shoeboxes a bay can fit approx..100 pairs of shoes.
There needs to be a representative of the brand at all times the store is opened. We cannot assist the clients that come in for them specifically or our clients that want help with their brand. In the event that we do and there is a sale, we will be entitled to 50% of that sale.
