Close to the centre’s flagship five-storey John Lewis, this double-sized retail space to rent has huge floor-to-ceiling display windows and a small stockroom at the back of the store.

Victoria Gate’s luxury and high-end shops are a lure for some of Leeds’ more affluent shoppers, while high street names such as COS and & Other Stories are more of a budget-friendly lure for the fashion-conscious. The largest John Lewis outside London attracts locals and shoppers from miles around. While Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days, weekdays still steady crowds passing through.
