Welcome to Victory Parade – home to the East Village, part of the legacy project for the 2012 London Olympic Games. Here you'll find the former Olympic Village converted into new build flats, plus this chic restaurant space – on the ground floor of one of the street's block of new residences.

This space is opposite a park, a short walk from Westfield shopping centre. It's a beautiful restaurant and bar, that mainly operates on weekends. During the week it's available for retail or F&B take-overs in to the evening. The space has a wide glass frontage with two entrances, so it's bright and airy inside all day long. There's a bar area, a small kitchen, toilets and separate storage space. The decor is minimalist throughout with a soft botanical theme.

Westfield is a 5-minute walk from here and it's 8 minutes to Stratford station, plus only 3 minutes to Stratford International. Get in front of local residents in an area that has a reputation for big and great ideas.
