Bar & Restaurant
It used to be that the only thing Long Island City was known for was the neon Pepsi-Cola sign brightly shimmering on the Queens waterfront – in front the endless sea of grey factories and warehouses. While the commercial businesses have given way to residential luxury high-rises, the Pepsi sign still remains, a reminder of Long Island City’s industrial past. On the 4th floor of a converted warehouse, this enormous showroom to rent for events comes with three separate studios, one giant studio space, a bathroom, and storage room.
